None that leaves your device. Specifically:
The app stores the following locally on your phone using Android's standard
AsyncStorage mechanism. This data never leaves your device and is removed when
you uninstall the app:
To display current stock prices, MarketCue makes anonymous HTTPS requests to
Yahoo Finance's public market-data endpoint
(query1.finance.yahoo.com). These requests contain only the ticker symbol you
chose to track (e.g., "AAPL") — they do not include your name, email,
device identifier, IP-derived identity, or any other personal information beyond what is
inherent to a normal HTTPS request (your IP address, as with any web traffic).
Yahoo's privacy policy applies to data they may log on their side and is available at https://policies.yahoo.com/us/en/yahoo/privacy/index.htm.
MarketCue requests the following Android permission:
All notifications are scheduled and fired locally on your device using Android's
AlarmManager via the expo-notifications framework. We do not use
push services, server-side senders, or remote tokens. Disabling notifications in your
phone settings stops all briefs immediately.
MarketCue is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has somehow shared personal information with the app, contact us and we will assist.
Because MarketCue stores everything locally and we receive no data, there is nothing for us to retain or delete on a server. To remove all MarketCue data from your device, simply uninstall the app.
If we materially change how the app handles data, we will update this page and revise the "Last updated" date above. For significant changes, we will surface a note in the app on the next launch.
